Necromancy Spells : 

Novice :

Spell Name : Wither

Type : Novice Necromancy

Range : Short (25ft +5ft /2 lvls)

Cost : 2 Natura

Casting : Verbal

Duration : 1 round per level

Description : You sap your opponents strength.

Effect : Upon a successful ranged strike you give them weakened 1. 

Amplify (3x) : For every point of amplification you increased the weakened level by 1.

Spell Name : Blight

Type : Novice Necromancy

Range : Short (25ft +5ft /2 lvls)

Cost : 2 Natura

Casting : Gesture

Duration : 1 hour per level

Description : You cause an area of nature to become infected with the touch of undeath.

Effect : You cause an area with a radius equal to your level * 10 to hamper plant growth and cause living things to wilt. Any living creature inside the area takes a -1 penalty to all actions. The effects of a Blight spell require a full week recovery for plants and animals. If continually recast on an area its effects seemingly become permanent.

Amplify (5) : The duration increases to days per level instead.

Spell Name : Cause Fear

Type : Novice Necromancy

Range : All creatures within 30 feet.

Cost : 2 Natura

Casting : Verbal, Gesture

Duration : See Effect

Description : In a display of necrotic energy, you allow fear to wash over all your enemies.

Effect : All creatures within 30 feet of the caster must make a will save or gain the shaken condition for 1d4 minutes.

Trained : 

Spell Name : Armor of Bones

Type : Trained Necromancy

Range : Self

Cost : 5 Natura

Casting : Verbal, Gesture

Duration : See Effect

Description : You cause the bones of a fallen creature to surround and protect you.

Effect : You may cast this spell on a recently slain creature to cause its bones to form a protect shell around you, though the form is generally up to the caster of the spell. The bones grant you a bonus to your hit points equal to 10 x the level of the slain creature. Once the bones have expended their necrotic energy the crumble to dust.

Spell Name : Touch of Undeath

Type : Trained Necromancy

Range : Touch

Cost : 5 Natura

Casting : Verbal, Gesture

Duration : 1 day per level.

Description : Your hand courses with necrotic energy causing a recently slain creature to rise and serve you.

Effect : The bones of the creature reform and shamble towards an opponent. You may spend 1 action every turn to give your minion two actions. If no commands are given the skeleton remains motionless, but can defend itself. The skeleton has an attack bonus equal to your caster level + you casting modifier and deals damage with it's claws equal to d6 + the strength modifier of the slain creature. It has a defense bonus of 4+ You casting modifier, a base DR value of 4 and an HP equal to 10 + your caster level.
